Denita Inez is the choreographer and director of Desueño Dance Company. Desueño is a dance company that fuses Afro-Latin, Jazz, and contemporary movement. Desueño shares dance through performance, community outreach, and social dancing. Since its inception, Desueño has performed and taught at a myriad of events including Chicago Summer Dance, Chicago Salsa Congress, Chicago Dance Month, Night Out in the Parks, Mambo Mayhem, Beethoven’s Metamorphosis, and various private and corporate events.
As a choreographer, Denita Inez creates wedding dances, teaches private lessons, and creates custom choreography featuring a variety of styles including Salsa, Hip Hop, contemporary, and line dancing. She is the artistic director of Desueño Dance Company.
