Our artistic director, Denita Inez, was the field dancer choreographer for the Halftime Show for the Chicago Bears on Monday Night Football. She brought together dancers from various dance groups including Mi Gente, Latin Dance Club, Los Rumberos de la Miel, Teatro Tariakuri, Desueño Dance, and more to share a mix of Salsa, Rumba, and Cumbia.
It was a process to create the field choreography in a way that told a story and moved the dancers throughout space with musical cohesion.
Thank you to the fantastic dancers who rehearsed, studied, and brought to life the movement.
